The world is heading in an unknown direction, and are we going with it? Falling and flying are very similar, with no clear support. The task is only to recognize support in the fall. Within the same fall, one can collapse or expand, find a foothold.

Contact Improvisation is a form of modern dance that allows two (or more) partners to lead a spontaneous bodily dialogue on a non-verbal level. The course is addressed to anyone who wants to get acquainted with the technique of CI, and those who want to boost technical skills and principles of working with a partner.
Instability. The world is heading in an unknown direction, and are we going with it? Falling and flying are very similar, with no clear support. The task is only to recognize support in the fall. Within the same fall, one can collapse or expand, find a foothold.
We will learn to fly together through the following skills in contact improvisation:
In general, we will try to take everything small, without any pretensions to... But dynamic, alive, not frozen in time, not stopped in the ground, nor in the air. The problem of the brain is that it wants to cling to the moment, it is better in the peak experience, although it is possible not, the main thing is to be stable. And we try to take off and not fall, even in dance there is this pattern of anguish. Do you know at least one non-landed bird?
We will study, I would say, the very nature of tenderness in contact dance. And tenderness does not like an axe but can have strength.
